By accessing or using MathWibe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Educational Use

MathWibe is designed as a learning support tool. You are responsible for how you use generated content, including compliance with your school, exam, or institutional academic integrity rules.

4. Plans and Billing

We offer two plans:

• Free Plan: 5 problems per day with basic features
• Premium Plan: $4.99/month for unlimited problems, OCR, chat, and advanced features

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and payments are processed securely through Whop.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel through your account settings. Unless required by law, paid fees are non-refundable and your premium access continues until the end of the active billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service
• Do not use MathWibe for unlawful activities or policy-violating behavior
• Do not share account access or bypass plan limits

7. Intellectual Property

MathWibe and its original content, features, branding, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your submitted content, and you grant us rights needed to operate and improve the service.

8. Service Availability and Accuracy

We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, or perfect accuracy of generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MathWibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
